DESCRIPTION:
JICHUAN FAST QUENCH is a special blend of base oils which combines the high quenching speed of water with the slow final quenching speed of conventional oil in order to provide maximum steel hardness with minimum discoloration It is oxidation stable and will resist the formation of sludge over extended period. Specially designed to ensure smooth finish.-
TYPICAL USES:
General purpose quenching oil for fast quenching of steel parts at bath temperatures up to 150°F.
